Hugo Della Motta is the visionary Founder and Managing Partner of Vanderlu Strategic Partners. With over 15 years of experience in capital raising for the private markets, particularly across Latin America, Hugo has developed a deep understanding of the region’s complex investment landscape.
A passionate advocate for alternative investment strategies, he has cultivated an extensive network of strategic relationships with multi-family offices, single-family offices, private banks, RIAs, independent advisors, ultra-high-net-worth individuals, and wealth managers. Leveraging this network, Hugo has facilitated unique opportunities that align the interests of investors and asset managers, establishing himself as a trusted collaborator across both retail and institutional sectors.
His expertise spans private equity, private credit, and equity allocation, enabling him to identify emerging opportunities and support long-term growth in dynamic markets. Hugo holds a degree in Business Administration from the University of Economic Sciences in Córdoba, Argentina, and a Security Industry Essentials certification from FINRA.
